How do you get there?
This program is NOT for you if:
A lot of people leave workout plans/challenges and return to being lost or look for a new one because they're simply following the workouts provided, they're not actually learning anything. This program prioritizes KNOWLEDGE because I want you to be able to know what you're doing for YOURSELF and continue to be able to make gains beyond the program.

Habits take TIME! You don't have to be 100% day 1, that's not realistic or sustainable. We work on building new habits weekly to eventually be 100% down the line. You have to have a successful mindset to obtain successful results.
